Currently, the company is working on digitizing the maize value chain through backward process integration and analyzing agricultural economics to enhance shared prosperity across the value chain. Having identified the KST Fit, the
company connects local dairy demands with smallholder farmers growing maize and wheat crops for fermented fodder known as silage, corn grains, and wheat straw respectively.

delivered prices have made our unit economics positive at least for dairies, at least for us in GDF. We donât need now specialized department or head count for this purpose.
